AluMetal LLC offers comprehensive custom aluminium fabrication including profiling, CNC milling, cutting, and full installation. Our divisions specialize in structural glazing (conventional & semi-unitized curtain walls), Elite-Slim minimal sliding glass doors, motorized kinetic shading systems, structural frameless balustrades, DCD Solid A2 cladding panels, and Forster fire-rated steel partitions/doors.
Qualicoat Class 2 is an international architectural standard for electrostatic powder surface coating. It uses hyper-durable weather-resistant resins that protect metals from extreme GCC heat, UV rays, sandstorms, and coastal marine salinity. The coating is applied at our specialized Al Quoz plant to a precise thickness of 60 to 80 microns.
Quotation estimation takes 48-72 business hours upon receiving shop drawings. Fabrication takes 2-4 weeks post drawing-signoff (varying by project volume and custom profile extrusion requirements). Installation is scheduled modularly as building structural elements are readied by the main contractor.

We utilize premium alloy 6063-T6 or 6061-T6 aluminium from regional extruders, and profile systems like Installux, Schuco, AluK, Rabel, or our own custom systems. Glazing units utilize high-performance double/triple insulated glass from Guardian, Saint-Gobain, or Emirates Glass, combined with thermal-breaks and premium hardware lines (Giesse, Savio, Sobinco).
We primarily service all seven emirates of the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) from our Jebel Ali and Al Quoz plants. We also design, manufacture, and export structural facade orders to the wider GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) and international global markets all around the world.
AluMetal is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified. We are approved by Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) for Solid A2 fire-resistant composite cladding and Forster Steel Fire Doors. Our coating plant is fully certified under Qualicoat Class 2 and Qualideco, audited independently by TÜV NORD.
Electrostatic powder finishes carry warranties of 10 years (Qualicoat Class 1) to 15-25 years (Qualicoat Class 2 hyper-durable) against fading, peeling, or chalking. Insulated double glazing, thermal-break structures, and mechanical hardware carry standard 5 to 10-year structural integrity and performance warranties against water ingress or defects.
