- Kinetic & Motion Facades: Automated dynamic building envelopes, motorized sliding glass systems, and vertical folding shading panels, exclusively engineered and installed by AluMetal in the UAE.
- Aluminium Cladding Systems: Civil Defence registered Solid A2 fire-resistant aluminium cladding panels, integrated mechanical anchoring substructures.
- Balustrades & Balcony Handrails: Structural frameless laminated safety glass balustrades with custom brackets.
- Forster Brand Fire Partitions: DCD-compliant licensed fire doors, partitions, and smoke escapes.
- Stainless Steel & Shading Structures: Custom engineering and fabrication of structural stainless-steel components, specialized brackets, and shading structures.
- Skylights & Structural Canopies: Engineered structural glass domes, architectural skylights, and custom glazed canopies.

Coating Division
Our advanced electrostatic coating division specializes in applying high-durability architectural protective finishes on extrusion profiles, solid sheets, and castings.
- Architectural Powder Coating: Electrostatic polyester powder coatings in a full spectrum of RAL shades, certified under Qualicoat Class 2 standards.
- Premium Powder Finishes: High-quality architectural powder coating in various colors and textures for durable metal protection.
- Multi-Stage Chemical Pre-Treatment: Chromate-free alkaline and acid-based etching washes to ensure supreme paint adhesion.
- Seashore & Marine Grade Longevity: Specialized finishes designed to resist extreme UV radiation, heat, sandstorms, and coastal saline humidity.
- Multi-Thickness Compliance: Strict mechanical inspection of coating thicknesses ranging from 60 to 80 microns.
- PVDF & Kynar Coatings: Premium PVDF and Kynar coating systems from PPG Duranar, AkzoNobel, and KCC Korea, providing extreme chemical and weather resistance.
- Decoral Wood Finish Sublimation: Advanced wood-effect coatings using technology from Decoral Srl (Italy) to sublimate premium wood textures onto aluminium profiles.
- PE SDF & Hyper Durable Powders: Approved applicator for Jotun, AkzoNobel, Axalta, and Tiger Powder Coatings using Super Durable (SDF) and Hyper Durable powders.
- Accredited Pre-Treatment & Quality: Chromate-free pre-treatment chemicals imported from Alufinish (Germany), supported by an in-house chemical testing laboratory audited by Qualicoat.
