Our enquiry forms collect your name, business contact details, company if supplied, division, subject, message and any PDF drawings you choose to attach. Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive details in drawings and attachments.
Purpose and handling
We use enquiry information to respond, assess requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about the requested work. Enquiry records and attachments are held in access-controlled storage through Netlify. Text-only team notifications may be processed through Netlify Forms and email services; attachments are not included in those notifications.
Service providers and international processing
Our website uses Netlify for hosting and enquiry processing, Cloudflare for delivery, security and performance services, and Google services for fonts and optional analytics. These providers may process information outside your country. Their services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and requests needed to deliver and protect the website.

Retention depends on the enquiry, project relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. For the retention status of a particular enquiry, or to request access, correction, restriction or deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the details above. Requests are assessed with regard to identity verification and applicable obligations; please do not email identification documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
Cookie and analytics choices
The site stores your theme and Google Analytics preference in your browser. Essential site, security and enquiry functions remain available when you decline optional Google Analytics. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose to allow it. You can reopen at any time. Cloudflare separately provides operational security and performance diagnostics. The Google Analytics choice does not switch off the network processing needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not send enquiry field values or attachments in the conversion events implemented by this website.
