We are in the business of Industrial Metal Coatings, specializing in Architectural Aluminum, Cast Aluminum, Mild Steel and Galvanized products. We have forged ahead as a professionally managed company with the most sophisticated and Modernized Coating Plant of about 5,250 sqm area.

We are one of the leading approved applicators for M/s Jotun Powder Coatings, Akzo Nobel, Tiger Powder Coatings and PVDF/Kyanar from PPG Duranar, Akzo Nobel & Koflux K.C.C., Korea. We offer the best job coatings for PVDF/RAL range that guarantee the highest quality at a very competitive price.

All our pre-treatment chemicals are imported from M/s. Alufinish. All the material coated by us has to go through a stringent quality testing by our fully equipped chemical testing laboratory and regularly audited by Qualicoat. Our association with local and foreign organizations contributes to our pool of resources.

We assure a tough, durable and anti-corrosive coating. We have one of the largest plants in the region with installed capacity of 6,000 Tons of aluminum coatings per annum.

Our Wood finish system is supplied by Decoral Srl-Italy. It is an exclusive system, which allows the coating process of metallic sections with the most beautiful wooden essences. It is an architectural durable polyester/polyurethane based powder coatings designed as a base coat for sublimation decoration. Wood finish patterns are applied on top of exposed metal surfaces through a sublimation technique.

Our organization:

Coating Division has a competent team to cater to the most modern sophisticated machinery and quality control operating 24 hours a day with a weekly break for servicing of equipment & preventive maintenance. We have a very dedicated office and technical staff. The total strength of Coating division is of around 70 employees.
